Dumpsters/Portable Storage Units

Whitemarsh Township requires a permit for the placement of portable storage units (PSU) and dumpsters on properties located in Whitemarsh Township.  The Township's Ordinance under Chapter 83, "Peace and Good Order", regulates the placement of portable storage units and dumpsters on properties located within Whitemarsh, providing for certain exceptions.  Failure to obtain proper permits will result in penalties for violation of the ordinance.
